Shopify
I write and re-optimise articles for the Enterprise and Retail blogs, covering topics like ERP, platform migration and headless. Pretty much anything about the infrastructure running large ecom systems.
Synextra / Agents of Output
My longest-running partnership. During Synextra’s rebrand, I wrote copy for most of their website and blog, plus lead magnets and sales collateral. I now produce their Azure knowledge base, built on insight from their in-house engineers, so it brings in repeat traffic and high-value leads. When they launched their AI agents company, Agents of Output, I defined its brand voice and wrote almost all the site. (I can’t claim Synextra’s 42% growth to £7.3m revenue is all down to me, but take a look at that shiny new office. I’m claiming credit for at least three of the blue cushions.)

I’ve run the content operation for this open-source feedback platform end to end, covering strategy, research and writing.

Timetastic
I wrote 150+ blog posts from 2019 onwards, building organic traffic worth $11,000 a month. The brand was later acquired by a large HR software group.
Akoustic Arts
I planned and delivered an SEO content strategy in a short sprint for this French directional-speaker manufacturer. Years later, it still dominates their keywords, bringing in 800+ clicks and 48k+ impressions a month on high-intent searches.
Zavvy
I wrote in-depth articles for this HR SaaS platform, then helped edit a range of content through its acquisition by Deel.
Blinktime
I built the content strategy and brand voice for this HR SaaS startup through its blog and newsletter, and traffic rose 650%. The product didn’t find its market and has since shut down. That's the ruthless world of SaaS for you.
